Because I personally preserve each bouquet, I have a limited number of projects I can take on each week. Please complete this form as early as possible so I can confirm availability.

  3. Send your flowers using the instructions on our shipping page. Your flowers must arrive within 3 days of your event.
  4. Once your artwork is finished, we’ll arrange pickup or shipping. Shipping is available for an additional fee.

  • Your Design: I understand that the Artist has creative freedom to design my preservation piece in the way she believes will look best. understand that my requested customizations will be considered, but are not guaranteed unless they have been discussed and agreed upon with the Artist.

  • Payment: I understand that 50% of my total order balance is due when I place my order. The remaining 50% is due when my pieces are finished and ready for pickup or shipping. If applicable, a $95 last-minute/no-reservation fee is also due with my initial payment.

  • Sending My Flowers: I am responsible for shipping or dropping off my flowers at Florals Forever. I understand that the condition of my flowers when they arrive will affect the final result. If my flowers arrive in a condition that makes them unworkable, Florals Forever will cancel my order and issue a refund. If my shipping carrier loses my package, Florals Forever is not responsible for the cost of shipping or the value of my bouquet.

  • The Preservation Process: I understand that preserving flowers takes time and that epoxy requires a long curing period. Completion times vary depending on the piece. I agree to allow the Artist the time needed to properly preserve and cure my piece. Frequent check-ins or requests for status updates may interrupt the preservation process.

  • Flowers & Final Design: I understand that not all flowers from my bouquet may be used. The flowers selected will depend on their condition, shape, and the space available in my chosen piece. If I request replacement or additional flowers, I am responsible for the additional cost. Any leftover flowers, pins, ribbons, or accessories that are not used in my piece will not be returned.

  • Finished Pieces: I understand that once my block or frame piece is finished, no changes can be made. I understand that flowers may naturally change color during the preservation process, including darkening or fading.

  • Epoxy Resin: I understand that the clear material used in my preservation piece is epoxy resin, not glass. Epoxy may have small air bubbles, variations, imperfections, or differences in texture. These are normal characteristics of the preservation process and are not considered defects. Each piece is handmade and will have its own unique appearance.

  • How Much Of My Bouquet Is Used: The amount of flowers used will depend on the display I choose and the space available. I do not need to send my entire bouquet or excessive amounts of flowers. Additional or replacement flowers may be ordered for an additional fee. Large quantities of additional flowers must be arranged in advance.

  • Caring For Your Piece: I understand that my finished piece should be kept away from direct sunlight and excessive heat. Prolonged exposure may cause the epoxy to yellow over time
