Once you’ve chosen your main piece, you’ll have the option to select “add-ons” like jewelry, candle holders, or other keepsakes, if there are enough flowers left over.

I understand that by purchasing my Florals Forever piece, I give the Artist creative liberty to design the bouquet preservation how the Artist believes will look best. “Customizations” will be considered, but are not required to be followed unless discussed and agreed upon with the Artist.

I understand that 50% of my total order balance is due upfront when I place my order. The remaining 50% balance is due once my pieces are finished and ready for pickup or shipping. I am also responsible for an additional $50 last-minute/no-reservation fee, if applicable, which is due with my initial payment.

I understand that the preservation process takes time, and epoxy requires a long curing period. I agree to be patient during the preservation and curing process and understand that completion times may vary depending on the piece.

I understand that I am responsible for the shipping or drop-off of my bouquet to Florals Forever’s shop.

I understand that the condition of the bouquet as it is received establishes the outcome of the final product. If the bouquet is deemed unworkable in the condition in which it arrives, Florals Forever will cancel the order and I will receive a refund.

I understand that if my delivery service loses my package, Florals Forever is not responsible for the cost of delivery or the cost of the bouquet. I understand that once my block or frame pieces are finished, no changes can be made.

I understand that during the preservation process, flowers may change color and can darken or fade.

I understand that not all flowers in my bouquet will be used due to shape, flower condition, or lack of space in the frame. If replacement flowers are wanted, I am responsible for the additional cost.

I understand that any leftover flowers, pins, ribbons, or accessories that do not make it into the preservation piece will not be returned.

I understand that the preservation process takes time, and epoxy requires a long curing period. I agree to be patient throughout the preservation and curing process and understand that completion times may vary depending on the piece. I understand that frequent check-ins or requests for status updates can interrupt the preservation process, and I agree to allow the Artist the time needed to properly complete and cure my piece.

I understand that the clear material used in my preservation piece is epoxy resin, not glass. The epoxy is designed to create a glass-like appearance, but it may contain small air bubbles, variations, imperfections, or inconsistencies. These are natural characteristics of the epoxy preservation process and are not considered defects. I understand that each piece is handmade and will have its own unique appearance, and the texture may vary from piece to piece.

I understand that the amount of flowers used in my piece will depend on the display I select and the available space within that display. I will be charged based on the amount of flowers that can reasonably fit within my chosen display. I do not need to send all of the flowers from my bouquet or excessive quantities of flowers.

Additional or replacement flowers may be ordered upon request for an additional fee. Large quantities of additional flowers require advance notice and must be reserved in advance for an additional fee.

I understand that my piece should be kept out of direct sunlight and excessive heat, as prolonged exposure to heat or sunlight may cause the epoxy to yellow over time.
